The AI-generated content provided by the Service is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information generated by the AI. You must review and verify all generated content with professional human oversight.
Access to the Service may require payment of subscription fees. All fees are stated in your local currency and are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all underlying software, AI models, and technology. You retain all ownership rights to the documents and data you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We treat all data you upload as confidential. Our AI models are stateless and do not learn from your data. We will not use your confidential information for any purpose other than providing the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeappAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
